It’s a busy time of year. We’re all running around working, looking after families and many of us are trying to organise a festive celebration too. It’s no surprise that patience and courtesy can be in short supply at this time of year. The best way we can build it in our children is to try and model it ourselves. Maybe it’s being patient and friendly to the shop assistant when we get to the front of the queue? Maybe it’s giving up our seat for someone more in need of it on a bus or a tube? Perhaps it’s just as important to show that we can be courteous to everyone all the time. Let’s do our best.
