Biography:
I have been a parent governor since 2012 and before that spent 8 years on the governing board of another local primary school. At Coldfall I sit on the finance and site committee. In my job I am a solicitor working in the construction and energy sector.

I am a parent of two teenage daughters and have lived in Muswell Hill for more than 20 years. I run a trade association in the food and drink sector, working on issues including school food, including being a member of the School Food Plan Alliance, and the Food Foundation's School Food Review.

I have a son and a daughter now attending Coldfall. In my day job I am a doctor in anaesthesia and a clinician researcher. This is my first role as a Parent Governor and I look forward to contributing to Coldfall and being a part of the school over the next few years.

Having 15 years experience of teaching in a variety of educational settings, I aspire to be a parent governor that supports and monitors the school's vision by acting as a critical friend. My approach is to advocate for positive change by being an active listener, encouraging honest dialogue and offering solutions. This will all be underpinned by my knowledge and understanding of daily school life and I look forward to positively contributing to the success of the school.

Originally from Germany, I have lived in London for 25 years. My wife Anisha and I have two children at Coldfall. Professionally, I have over 20 years of experience in building and managing digital products and business. The child of a teacher, I loved going to school because it provided a safe and fair environment for figuring out life. As a governor, I would like to help the school team to do the same for our fabulous children, and stand by their side with some of my skills and experience.

I have lived in the area for 15 years and have two children at Coldfall Primary School. I work in Human Resouces, with a particular focus on wellbeing and culture, and I hope I can bring these skills to my role as a governor to support this wonderful school. I'm very much looking forward to being part of Coldfall over the next few years.
